Design and production
The phases of the production cycle begin after the sending of the file, by part of the customer, with the details to be
obtained through the molding. If required, it is also possible to design the detail itself.
Starting from these data, the project of the mould is realized by using a CAD system, which allows the three-D processing of the product; later, the necessary materials are listed and bought. The blocks are roughly cut in order to allow the details finishing through the CAM software, which sends the tool path produced by the 3D programming (Master Cam) to the machining centers and to the die-casting.
In the end, the coupling and the adjustment are made, followed by the final mould test. The production cycle is planned and monitored in each phase.
